Petal confetti cakes are always incredibly popular for wedding and celebration cakes, tea parties, bridal showers and grazing boards. Our edible petal confetti has recently featured in BRIDES and Rock n Roll Brides.

Edible flower confetti, or flowerfetti, is a wonderful way of producing a stunning and natural looking cake with complete ease. What more could you want than a beautiful wedding cake that takes only 5 minutes to decorate and costs a fraction of the amount a sugar crafted cake would.

This large box contains enough flowers to provide petals to cover two 8 inch cakes. We supply our edible petal confetti in rainbow colours and can also pop some wee violas or etageres in there as highlights. If you want one type of flower as shown below with orange calendulas or blue and pink cornflowers or even just romantic rose petals then the flowers can be bought separately in the individual varieties section of the website shop if they are available. 

Petal confetti doesn’t have to be restricted to cakes,  scatter one boxful on a cake and the other on salads, in ice cubes, in jellies, on puds, over rice dishes etc etc…… you name it ….. to add subtle beauty and each box goes a long long way.

All the wedding cakes on this page are made by the very fabulous Bees Bakery if you’d like somebody else to do all the hard work for you.

Please be aware that petal confetti is packed as whole flowers. Pop them in the fridge as whole flowers and then pluck the petals off when you need to scatter them. It is very easy and also very theraputic. 

WHY COLLECTION ONLY?
THIS IS A VERY SAD DECISION BUT IT IS SIMPLY BECAUSE DPD (AND OTHER COURIERS AS WELL) ARE UTTERLY UNRELIABLE. THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR GETTING YOUR BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS TO YOU RESTS WITH ME. OBVIOUSLY ONCE THEY ARE CAREFULLY PACKAGED UP WITH CHILLERS AND LEAVE HERE AND ARE IN THE COURIER VAN ON A NEXT DAY BY MIDDAY TIMED DELIVERY THEN THIS IS OUT OF MY CONTROL. IF THE COURIER FAILS TO DELIVER ON TIME THEN THEY REFUND ME LESS THAN £4. (THE COST OF DOWNGRADING THE DELIVERY TIME TO ‘SOMETIME’ THE FOLLOWING WORKING DAY). THERE IS NO COMPENSATION OR REFUND FOR THE VALUE OF FRESH FOOD OR FLOWERS. I AM LEFT WITH THE FULL COST OF REFUNDING YOU – THE NOW VERY UNHAPPY AND STRESSED CUSTOMER (AND IT BREAKS MY HEART TO LET PEOPLE DOWN ON SUCH AN IMPORTANT DAY) OR TO TRY AND PICK AND SEND AGAIN LAST MINUTE. BOTH OF WHICH LEAVES ME AND YOU IN TEARS AND STRESSED AND SECONDLY ME MASSIVELY OUT OF POCKET.IT ONLY TAKES A FEW OF THESE TO IMPACT HUGELY ON THE FINANCES OF A SMALL BUSINESS.
