Finest French Tarragon which is so pungent that it makes your mouth pulse. Best used sparingly.
The head teacher at the Michael Caines Chef's Academy described it as the most incredible tarragon he had ever tasted. And promptly stole a cutting!
Famous for its inclusion in hollandaise and bernaise sauces it is perfect with fish, pork and especially chicken. Also perfect to pop any left over into white wine vinegar to make a lovely tarragon vinegar for the store cupboard.
